Sažetak
Privatization and the tranzition to a free market economy in Croatia were the subject of the research. Results from this research clearly show increased marketing activity among companies after privatization. It was concluded that the businesses in Croatia are becoming more market-oriented as their economy continues the transition to a free market economy. Smaller companies appear to be making more progress in this regard than larger companies, but firms of all sizes are significantly increasing many of their marketing activities.
