Sažetak
Our previous studies have demonstrated the existence of sex differences in the response of rats to drugs affecting GABA-mediated transmission. In this study we have shown the influence of sex on the ambulation of mice and rats, and the role of age on the appearance of sex differences in the locomotor activity and in the GABA content in discrete brain regions of rats.
