Sažetak
Tourists are becoming increasingly interested in supplementary services being offered in the destinations they visit. To fully understand the interests of tourists, a survey was conducted in July, August and September 2008 to study the opinions of tourists regarding the offering of sports, entertainment, events, animation and excursions in the tourist destination of Istria. Parallel to this survey in 2008, another survey was conducted among tourist managers to explore how they perceive the satisfaction of tourists with the sports, entertainment, event, animation and excursion offering in the Istria tourist destination. This paper aims to compare the opinion and ratings given by tourists regarding the sports, entertainment, event, animation and excursion offering the Istria tourist destination with those of tourist managers in perceiving the satisfaction of tourists with this offering.
