Sažetak
Innovations in information and communication technologies constantly improves retail industry. One of those innovations is radio frequency indentification (RFID). In this paper focus will be on RFID implementation in retail industry with opportunities and challenges that this technology offers. RFID applicability within the retail industry and critically assesses key advantages and disadvantages of its use will also be presented.
