Sažetak
After thrombolysis thrombin is released from cloth and can generate aggregation of thrombocytes and re-occlusion of arteries. LMWH (low molecular weight heparin) can be an antithrombotic of choise , his predictable and consistent pharmacokinetic profile may be associated with lower rate of recurrent stroke and come without increasing bleeding risk.Further studies are needed.LMWH can be as bridging oral anticoagulation therapy.
