Sažetak
Knowledge Management is far more than just a management of information. It is the process of creation, usage and sharing of information and knowledge in all types of organization, with the help of different tools. KM is characterized with different concepts that formulate it: strategic concept of information and knowledge as well as search for the ways which make information become a central part of the effective organization. The paper investigates the theme known as “Knowledge Management” (KM) underlying its main aspects and views, and furthermore it focuses on the reality of the implication of Knowledge Management in one of the emerging countries, Brazil. It focuses on the examples of different institutions and organizations in Brazil and their comprehension and implementation of KM.
