Sažetak
Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) is a height business school with the aim to provide students with he best education comparable to that of the best schools in the world. It was started with work in 2002. On that way, we had happiness that from the beggining we can use all benefits of the using ICT in education. In this paper we'll show the new possibilities in the organization of study used courseware tool WebCT. We can use this software successfully in classical study but especially in the asynchronous distance learning (ADL). We'll describe all integral parts of this education system – especially online tests and quizzes. We will discuss results of study in a first two year of faculty. The most value of this education system is that it prepares our students for life-long learning.
