Sažetak
Information and communication technologies (ICT) are concidered to be the basics of organizational knowledge and education, as well as reading, writing and calculating. In concideration to this theseis, we are free to talk about understanding how to use ICT in business development, shortening timelines and organizational efficieny after all. In this paper we will analyze organizational efficiency, business competitiveness supported by ICT, competitive indexes and global business informatization. As well, there will be presented changes that ICT has implemented in business efficiency and there will be shown how important ICT is and how organizational efficiency is connected to global economic efficiency. While measuring organizational and global economic efficiency, there will be used two composite indexes: ICT Opportunity Index (ICT-O) and Digital Opportunity Index (DOI).
