Sažetak
Rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) and world globalization, knowledge management (KM) is becoming a very important part in every modern business. In this paper we will be analyzing current state in using knowledge management in croatian companies. We will see what is the mail goal of KM, how it is important for competitiveness and what is the connection between ICT and KM. It is important to point out that companies declared, that do not use any form of KM, that is KM is extremely important field of acting in business and that they are aware that without investing in life long learning (LLL) they cannot be competitive.
