Sažetak
Some experimental efforts in upgrading conversion efficiency of large area amorphous silicon solar modules in a production line have been described. Under the condition of low hydrogen dilution of silane, the carbon concentration gradients in the front p+ layer and in the interface "buffer" layer have been optimized resulting in a high open-circuit voltage (0,90 V/cell) and the fill factor close to 75 percent in an industrial environment.
