Sažetak
Maintenance of transmission lines in the Croatian Electricity, Inc. is to some extent specific, due to the damages caused during the recent war and due to the patchwork that had to be applied to persevere the integrity of the power system. The planning and performing of maintenance is of utmost importance because of scarce system redundancy and because the current level of power supply does not allow for long transmission lines outages. A part of the information system, under acronym ISOHEP-DV, is dedicated to the maintenance of transmission lines. The system is built upon a deliberately designed database. The whole documentation regarding the transmission lines is available on-line and on-site by application of mobile computing.
