Sažetak
ERP solution implementations are important and time consuming projects for small and medium enterprises (SME). One of the biggest risks is constant user requirements changing. Implementation framework described in this paper makes possible to manage these requirements and the whole implementation project successfully. This framework and its main characteristics (preconfigured settings, two projects) proved to be a success in practice.
