Sažetak
The preparation technology of chalcogenide glass-superionic conductor nanocomposites was developed as a Cu_6PS_5I nanocrystalline superionic conductor, incorporated in glassy matrix As_2S_3. The structural studies by the method of scanning electronic microscopy are performed as well as electrical conductivity of the nanocomposite are investigated. The temperature dependence of the optical absorption edge of nanocomposite is studied ; the non-Urbach behaviour of the absorption edge is revealed. The influence of different types of disordering on optical absorption edge is studied.
