Sažetak
Food Studies is a multidisciplinary area that comprises a large variety of programmes of which the central core is food processing and food preservation. In the last few years, the Bologna reform promoted significant changes in European higher education, and consequently in Food related courses. Europe supports networking within Europe through Erasmus programmes and between Europe and the rest of the world with Mundus programmes to support and promote across borders the Bologna reform. ISEKI_Food projects are European and International networks where food scientists and teachers have been comparing food studies with the purpose of defining high quality education standards and sharing good practices towards the student centered education.
