Sažetak
The number of editions realized through digital printing increases daily. In the editions like books digital printing is especially interesting on the relatively small markets. In this area, among digital printing, electrophotography is dominant technique. Photography is dominant illustration technique in printed editions and it cowers 2/3 of all printed illustration. It is expected that the photograph reproduced by printing is similar as possible to the original picture defined on the computer screen or on the photographic print such as sublimation printing. The changes in the perception of photographic illustration through electrophotographic printing in comparison with the original defined in digital photographic laboratory and photo sublimation printing are analyzed in the paper. Results point out the changes happened in the photographic illustration realization which influence on the overall perception of the photographic illustration that means changes in information comparing the semantic and the syntax of the original photograph.
