Sažetak
The transport properties of (NbSe4)10/3I have been investigated in the pressure interval 0–16 kbar. The transition temperature increases for pressures up to 6 kbar and then begins to decrease, while the energy gap decreases in the whole pressure interval. The threshold electric field (ET) is almost pressure independent for p<3 kbar and p≥6 kbar. The results for the pressure dependence of ET are compared with previous pressure work on (TaSe4)2I and o-TaS3 and are interpreted within Maki’s theory as arising mainly from the enhancement of the anisotropy coefficient.
