Sažetak
The new Maritime Act of the Republic of Croatia came into force on March 22, 1994. Since 1994 the Act has been changed two times. In 1996 the Croatian Ministery of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications decided to start drafting the Law on Amendments to Maritime Act. Since the drafting process is still in progress and no conclusion have been reached yet, this paper aims to give a brief review of some of the proposed amendments.
