Sažetak
In this study we assessed the fuel pin temperature dependence on burnup for PWR fuel assemblies containing two different types of burnable absorbers: integral fuel burnable absorber (IFBA) and gadolinium. For that purpose we developed a calculational model based on FA2D code (neutronic analysis) and FRAPCON-3 code (thermal hydraulic fuel rod analysis).
