Sažetak
Three representative social strata in Slavonia, Croatia, organized nd enjoyed secular musical theatre during the 19th century: officers at the military fortress in Osijek, members of aristocratic families in Valpovo, Našice etc., and new wealthy citizens in Osijek. This article examines their organization, repertory, and reception.
