Sažetak
Implementation and use of a successful information system were recognized as a strategic goal of many organizations. Changes in organization and business operations that are dictated by the implementation of information system, affect the increase of maturity level of the organization and business processes. Successful information system is prerequisite for achieving the overall benefits to the organization. Each organization and accompanying environment have unique characteristics, and these are interesting to be observed in the correlation with information system for the analysis of success models for specific terms, while exploring the activities required to achieve the dimensions of the success model, and thus the success of business organizations.
