Sažetak
The process of technical and tactical education is performed from the beginning to the end of sporting (handball) carrier. There is a significant well-defined cluster of technical and tactical tasks for every phase of long-term sporting preparation that sportsmen need to learn. Handball, as a complex sporting branch, is defined with a limited number of technical and tactical elements that are systematically accepted, perfected, stabilized and finally brought to an automatized performance.
