Sažetak
As we move into the next decade and the next millenium, the tremendous changes that have occurred in South East Europe will have created an exciting and challenging environment for the business community in this region of the world. The turbulence and uncertainty generated by the recent social and economic transition process have brought about a rapid increase in domestic and foreign competition. In response to these changing market conditions, companies and industries have realized that better marketing must now become a top priority to ensure success. The ability to develop effective marketing resources at this point in time is crucial for firms and societies from this region in order to become integrated into the markets and the larger society of the European Union.
