Sažetak
Our program consist of 40 sessions of small groups conducted cotherapeuticaly with a stress on the working out the traumatic experience.If the co therapists have a relation good enought and if they maintain the balance this will arise a feeling of safety for the group members.We wonted to examine how the relation between the cotherapists infulence the gropu process.We applied the questionarre on various variables on cotherapists interelations and supervisors opservations. Succes of grauop work depends in great part on cotherapy pair interrelation.If that was poor, competitive or disagree on the style, the group had a poor chance to be effective.The relatin changes through time and phases of group. Coterapuutic conducting as a whole multiplicates group resistance significantly more than in the situation of single conductor.
