Sažetak
The efficiency assesment of the treatment programs espetially the psychoterapeutic ones was always a challenge.Measuring the changes in the level of anxiety, depression and posttraumatic symptoms did not proove changes over the treatment.Novertheless we did register them clinically.Therefore we tried to redefine treatment goals by stressing the social functioning as an improovement parameter.We made an assesment scale that covers a change as it is seen by the patients , the family members and the terapist.
