Sažetak
The laboratory diagnosis of LD is based on isolation, detection of antibodies (serologic conversion), urine antigen detection, direct fluorescent antibody staining of respiratory secretions and molecular methodes, but all have limitations. LD can be diagnosed more promptly and accurately only by using a combination of different methods at the same time.
