Sažetak
This invention relates to the manufacture of semisynthetic cephalosporin of the formula I, which comprises reacting an N-protected alfa-phenylglycine of the formula II with an N-chlorocarbonyl-sec.-amide of the formula III to form a mixed anhydride of the formula IV, and subjecting the mixed anhydride IV to aminolysis by reaction with an ester of 7-aminodesacetoxy cephalosporanic acid of the formula V.
