Sažetak
In this paper the authors present a developed analytical procedure for predicting the hydrodynamic load of submarine outfalls due to the simulltaneous action of random waves and uniform current. Using Morison"s equation, the transfer functions and the spectra of the horizontal and vertical component of hydrodynamic force on submarine outfalls are defined by the spectral analysis method. Tabain"s wave spectrum for the Adriatic Sea conditions is used in the numerical example for the calculation of the wave-current force on a hypothetical outfall.
