Sažetak
By the construction of the hydroelectric power plants (HEPP) on the Drava river the regime of flow downstream from the last HEPP has been changed at flows lower than the design flow. The unsteady regime of flow as a consequence of the exploitation of the last HEPP has regular changes of water level rise and fall which affects the flow measurements. In the paper are given the time sequence of construction of HEPP on the river Drava, the consequences of that construction on flows downstream of the Mura confluence, its influence on the water balance and a suggestion for the improvement of flow measurement under artificial unsteady conditions and at flows under 15% duration.
