Sažetak
Croatian evidentiary rules are predominantly contained in the Croatian Civil Procedure Act (CPA), Criminal Procedure Act (CrPA) and Administrative Procedure Act. A limited number of such provisions can be found in other legislative acts such as Misdemeanours Act, Mediation Act, Arbitration Act, Act on the Implementation of the Statute of the International law of war and Humanitarian law, Act on the Criminal Liability of legal Persons, Act on legal Aid in Criminal Matters and others. Considering that only a few provisions of the Croatian legislation expressly deal with electronic evidence, courts are free to apply the analysis of acceptance of other forms of evidence as guidence respecting the receipt and acceptance of electronic evidence.
