Sažetak
In the area of Subregion of Rijeka from 1965. to the end of 1977, Shigella was isolated in 1480 persons. Shigella Sonnei was prevalent. An Epidemic of food poisoning caused by Sh. Boydii typ 1 broke out in a hotel and 32 tourist got ill.
