Sažetak
In this paper we shall illustrate three application of the symmetry in the study of fullerenes: in the study of the property of Kekulé structures, in the study of resonance graph and in the study of algebraic Kekulé structures. In all three cases symmetry shall drastically reduce complexity of the algorithms and hence computation time.
