Sažetak
In the paper, early results of research for steps taken for the creation of cash flow curves in construction projects are described. The procedure for gathering data from past projects is described, as well as the creation of a database by grouping characteristic building types. The results of statistical analysis of this data is shown. In addition, construction buildings are grouped according to several significant characteristics (type of construction, dimensions of the building, total costs, time of construction). The derived curves are theoretical, but derived on the basis of appropriate statistical databases. They are available for investors and contractors in the early fazes of projects. The procedure for the creation of an information system for solving this problem is described.
