Sažetak
The purpose o f this paper is to hopefully add to our understanding of a theory-based rational for global teams. This paper examines the role of global teams and their increasing importance to international human resource managers ; reviews some of the selection criteria suggested by the literature: and identifies particular cultural and career issues related to global teams that could provide insights into when global teams might be successfully utilized. This article deals with main questions. In which cases should MNC encourage the use of global teams.
