Sažetak
The author analyzes current Corporate Governance regime in listed public companies of Croatia. He explores general features of corporate governance in Croatia. In chapter on Internal Corporate governance he analyzes position of management, supervisory boars and board of directors in public companies, rights and obligations of shareholders, participation of employees and auditing. In chapter on External Corporate Governance he gives informations on takeover regulation and disclosure and transparency of financial results of public companies. Finally, in chapter on Enforcement he analyzes available sanctions and their relevance, the role of the regulatory agencies in supervision and the position of the shareholders.
