Sažetak
The paper describes sources of construction project risks in countries in transition when priority is given to maintaining planned construction time. The risks are analyzed through additional contractual liabilities caused by losses or increased costs resulting from prolonged construction time. The last section of the paper deals with "indirect risk response". This method allocates a calculated sum with the goal of minimizing reimbursements due to lost time and the probability extended construction time.
