Sažetak
The maltreatment, violation and child neglect is unfortunately always current and interesting subject, even though it is not a phenomena of modern society. These crimes were known in every epoch, but the medias of modern age has made them widely cognizable. For the purpose of protection of the child victims, both national and international community provide many various measures. It is necessary to incriminate the illicit parent's and congenial relative's actions directed against the physical, moral and psychological child wellbeing. Special attention has to be paid to the child conditions and rights, as well as their protection in the judicial proceedings, in the cases when the child was a victim of criminal offence. It seems to be necessary to adopt special legislative measures regarding to the minimizing of the additional unpleasant experiences and reducing of the impacts of the secondary victimisation.
