Sažetak
A test bench is constructed for static and dynamic tests on planetary gear trains. The bench is modified for open contour loading. In the case of dynamic testing the input torque is measured tensiometrically by means of a measuring shaft. The drag (loading) torque is formed by a block-drum brake and is measured with a tenso-beam. The bench enables determination of the losses by the thermal method as well. The bench allows variations in the input rotations and load as well as static loading of the tested gear train. Static and dynamic experiments are performed for determination of the losses in the planetary gear train. The experimental results are analyzed and recommendations are given accordingly.
