Sažetak
Although the content of P.E. lessons are set by P.E. teachers and are obligatory for the participants of the teaching process, this research has shown that even under such ”dictated” terms it is possible to achieve most dimensions of the state of flow, such as a sense of enjoyment in the activities, a balance between challenges and abilities, absence of self-consciousness, concentration on the task, a sense of control and clarity of goals (according to Jackson and Marsh, 1996). The clarity of feed-back (F5) and the transformation of time by projection of items to single factors 6 and 7 were partially confirmed. The dimension of merging of action and awareness was not confirmed. The questionnaire used on this sample showed particularly good characteristics in internal and generalized reliability of items (α = 0.93). Using factor analysis, seven factors were extracted out of which the following three were suitable for analysis: the factor of permeation of enjoyment in physical exercise, participants’ own abilities and the challenge of training, the factor of self-confidence and release of tension, and the factor of control and concentration on performance.
