Sažetak
In the present investigation the voice quality before and after vocal-cord polyp removal was estimated and its acoustical characteristics were measured.In all subjects the polyp of one vocal cord was diagnosed by procedure including laryngostroboscopy. The results of the comparison show significant improvement of the voice quality after the surgery. The regression analysis was used to determine the medical variables with the highest influence on the voice quality.
