Sažetak
General ideas on seasonal predictability based on statistical properties of atmospheric circulation are discussed. The importance of ensemble approach is emphasized. The results from 9-member ensembles with T63L19 ECMWF model are shown. The distribution of ensemble skill scores and internal ensemble consistency are studied.
