Sažetak
Temperature-dependent measurements of electrical conductivity and thermoelectrical power of the inorganic conductor (TaSe4)2I with charge density waves are reported in the chain and perpendicular-to-chain directions. The results show an anisotropic behaviour of free carrier as well as of lattice contribution to the transport properties. The thermoelectric power is in favour of theory which shows that at low temperatures nonlinear screening by electronic excitations strongly modifies the characteristic spatial and energy scales of phase distortions in charge density waves conductors.
