Sažetak
The aim of this research was to examine the quality of life related in persons with voice disorders. For this purpose, Croatian translation of the Voice Activity and Participation Profile - VAPP (visual analogue scale) was made. The questionnaire was administered on 30 dysphonic patients and 30 patients without any voice complaints. The results were significantly different for the two groups of subjects. Croatian translation of the VAPP demonstrated good reliability. Factor analysis derived three new subgroups of questions. The administration of the Croatian version of the VAPP showed that the use of the questionnaire is justified, although the preliminary results should be confirmed on larger number of patients with voice disorders.
