Sažetak
Although legal system in Croatia allows the opportunity for educational integration for more then 20 years now, and systematic inclusion of children with hearing difficulties also exist over 20 years, a new model of inclusive education founded on the principle of not only changing the attitudes of the social environment towards deaf and hard of hearing children.
