Sažetak
It's quite often that statistical analysis of data by ANOVA is performed without previous checking of data correctness. Assumption necessary for application of ANOVA has been tested by computer model. On the basis of output data, which occurs in numeric and graphic forms, it's possible to make correct decision about further statistical analysis of data. Several statistical tests have been performed for hypothesis testing on variance homogeneity, additivity and normality. When these assumption isn't achieved (often cases in plant protection trials), the most common data transformation is carried out. The model uses square root, logarithm and arc-sin transformations.
