Sažetak
The sequence of equilibrium displacements of periodically wrinkled elastic arches is considered. The middle curve of each arch is a plane periodic curve whose amplitude and period are assumed to be small. By the use of the two-scale convergence an approximate model for equilibrium displacement of wrinkled arch is derived. In this model, named wrinkled rod, elastic continuum is geometrically straight and the shape of the wrinkles enters into coefficients of the corresponding differential equations. It is proved that the sequence of equilibrium displacements of wrinkled arches approaches equilibrium displacement of wrinkled rod when both, period and amplitude, wrinkles tend to zero.
