Sažetak
Good basic knowledge is needed when talking about human resources especially when the theme is management. The skills that must not be neglected will be the topic of this paper. Skills that include improvement of the management process and the personell itself. The activities mentioned all fit within the broadest functional responsibility of human resource managers: the attraction, selection, retention, development and utilization of employees. Human resource and its management includes all activities that enhance and improve the effectivness of employees, such as the development of interpersonal skills as well as skills needed to become a competitive worker in the business.
