Sažetak
The effects of somatostatin (SRIF) were investigated on lymphatic tissue in early postnatal period and juvenile period of life in rats. It was found that treatment with SRIF in a dose of 3 x 0.18 mg/g/day might induce an impairment of body growth and considerable reduction in the weight of thymus and spleen in the neonatal rats.
