Sažetak
Agastache foeniculum essential oil was analysed to determine its main components. Essential oil was then tested for its antibacterial properties using antibiograms, against several bacteria. Conclusion was that volatile components strongly inhibit growth of bacteria rather than completely eliminating them. Further studies on other bacteria, but also pathogenic fungi would be interesting.
