Sažetak
The relaxation of two-well energy associated to a system of two linearly elastic phases with different stress-free strains and different
(well-ordered) elastic moduli is considered. We obtain a formula expressing this relaxation in terms of a finite-dimensional minimisation.
For the isotropic materials in two dimensions it is possible to obtain more information on the minimising microstructure. If the misfit
strain is dilational the optimal microstructure is a rank-one laminate, while the case of tetragonal misfit is more complex: the minimum is
obtained either with rank-one or rank-two laminate.
The description of minimising microstructures in terms of H-measures will be given as well.
