This is a chapter of the commentary of the Anti- Discrimination which deals with the court proceedings according to the new Legislation. In particular, the text deals with the types of civil suits, capacity of the parties, burden of proof, third-party intervention and new forms of collective protection of rights (associational claims as a form which is similar to class actions).
